Powertalk Nelson-Waimea

Welcome to Powertalk Nelson-Waimea Club . . .

We learn the art of public speaking and develop good communication skills in a relaxed and friendly environment with a Powertalk international speakers' club.

We are a friendly club with members ranging in age from a young mum to an octogenarian.  Everyone is welcome, no matter your age or gender.

New members and guests are always welcome at our clubs:  there is no charge for visitors, who will not be pressed to speak unless they really wish to!  Our clubs are open to everybody.  No dress code - come as you are.  We provide opportunites for growth that show immediate results.

We are always delighted when guests and visitors come along to our meetings: if you are not sure about becoming a member, come along and check us out; you are allowed three visits before having to make a decision.

We meet twice a month on the first and third Wednesday at the Town Hall, Cambridge Street, Richmond.  Meetings start at 7pm and finish at 9pm approximately and can vary from a structured meeting to a poetry reading in the park or a theme evening interwoven with a potluck tea!

We would be delighted to hear from you so please feel free to contact us  at any time.
